(Chico, CA 2-7-15)… The beautiful sounds of race cars return to the North Valley at both Silver Dollar Speedway and Marysville Raceway in February. On Friday night, February 20, the race track will be open from 6 P.M. to 10 P.M. at the Silver Dollar Speedway in Chico. Pit gate will open at 4 P.M. Admission to the pits is $25.00 per person. All divisions are welcomed and competitors will get ample track time to test and tune. The grandstands will be open for fans to come enjoy a free night of cars on the track.

The following night, February 21, the second practice of the year will be held at Marysville Raceway. Pit gate will open at 3 P.M. with on track practice beginning at 6 P.M. and concluding at 10 P.M. Admission to the pits is $25.00 per person. All divisions are welcomed. The grandstands will be open for fans to come and enjoy the sights and sounds of race cars on a dirt track.

Don’t forget, the first race of the season in Northern California takes place at Marysville Raceway on February 28th. The race is billed as the Sherm and Loree Toller Memorial. The race will feature winged 360 sprints, wingless sprints and sport modifieds. A press release will be available sometime later this week.
