Five racing divisions are on tap led by the popular winged 360 sprint cars. Last Saturday, a total of 20 drivers put on a great show with Watsonville’s Justin Sanders picking up his sixth win of the year at Marysville. With the win, Sanders now holds a commanding 38 point edge over Jeremy Burt.

Jimmy Ford leads Shaun Merritt by just one point in the tight Mini Stock championship. Adding to the intrigue is Kyle Davey who sits just ten markers back. Placing Damian Merritt into the equation, who sits 14 point behind, and this championship is a four headed monster going into this Saturday night.

Speaking of a four headed monster, the Super Stocks have the same excitement. Jerry Bartlett holds a four point edge over James Castleberry. Courtney Dozier is just eight points behind Bartlett while Mike Walko sits in the fourth spot and his just 12 points behind. Dozier dominated the main event on Saturday night and looks to edge even closer to Bartlett after this next race.

The dwarf cars continue to be the most popular traveling division we host at Marysville. Once again these cars and drivers are some of the best drivers when it comes to close knit racing. The most recent race for the dwarf cars at Marysville took place on May 23rd. San Jose driver Shawn Jones picked up the win.

Fans of vintage racing will enjoy the sights and sounds of the Vintage Hardtop group as they make their one and only appearance of the season at Marysville. The racing group celebrates the cars of yesteryear and allows the new generation of fans a glimpse of what racing looked like a half a century ago.
