Marysville Raceway Releases Final Schedule for 2024 Racing Season
MARYSVILLE, Calif., January 22, 2024…The official 2024 auto racing schedule for Maryville Raceway has been released. A diverse and exciting schedule will showcase 26 different events spread across the upcoming season from late February until the end of October. A majority of the schedule will focus on 17 individual Championship point races. Once again, the main four divisions vying for track championships will include the winged 360 sprints, IMCA Sport Mods, Hobby Stocks, and the Crate Sprints.
Marysville Raceway continues to be a hot bed for sprint car racing. A total of 18 scheduled nights of winged 360 sprint car racing highlight the 2024 season. The winged Crate Sprint car division will get 12 nights of racing this season. Wingless sprint cars will get two shots at racing this year. The Sprint Car Challenge Tour (SCCT) makes its lone appearance on May 25th and continues to be paired with the tribute to Mel and Marlyn Hall Memorial. Two of the best divisions at Marysville Raceway are set to return to action. Hobby Stocks will be in attendance for 12 big shows. The IMCA Sport Mods hit the quarter-mile action track for 11 dates.
This year 10 different traveling auto racing series are also on the schedule. The Dwarf Cars lead the out-of-town charge with seven different nights of racing. The Xtreme Limited Late Models and BCRA Lightning Sprints each secured two nights of racing. The Western Midget Racing, Vintage Hardtops, Pro Stocks, Pure Stocks, and multiple IMCA divisions are all scheduled for at least one night of racing.
The California IMCA Clash attacks Marysville Raceway on July 6th and features the A Mods, Sport Mods, IMCA Stock Cars, and the Hobby Stocks.
The popular Monster Trucks return on April 26th and 27th. Returning this season is a special Destruction Derby and Tough Truck event on October 12th.
Fast Cars and Freedom event takes place on July 3rd featuring the on-track entertainment of winged 360 sprints, IMCA Sport Mods and Hobby Stocks. Post race, the sky will be lit up with fireworks and patriotic music.
